In an action to foreclose three mortgages on real property, the appeal is from an order denying a motion to vacate the judgment' of foreclosure and sale. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Wenzel, Acting P. J., Murphy, Ughetta, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
