Opinion
— In an action to recover funds fraudulently transferred from a corporation, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dowd, J.), entered March 29, 1988, which granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed with costs, for reasons stated by Justice Dowd at the Supreme Court. Brown, J. P., Lawrence, Kooper and Spatt, JJ., concur.
