Opinion
For the reasons assigned in the consolidated case of Royle v. Casualty Reciprocal Exchange, et al, 486 So.2d 271 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1986), rendered this date, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. Defendant-appellant, State of Louisiana, through the Department of Transportation & Development, is to pay the cost of this appeal in the amount of $1,081.20.
AFFIRMED.
