The respective attorneys for the parties to this appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June' 25, 1975, have agreed that the action be discontinued and thereupon signed a stipulation to such effect dated August 27, 1975. In accordance with the foregoing, the appeal is deemed discontinued, without costs. Gulotta, P. J., Rabin, Hopkins, Martuscello and Latham, JJ., concur.
