Appeal from an order (1) granting respondents’ motion to change the place of trial from Dutchess County to Ulster County, and (2) denying appellants’ cross motion to refer respondents’ said motion to the Special Term at Dutchess County. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldoek, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
