Per Curiam:

When defendant gave possession of the muniments of title to Andreis he was guilty of conversion. (Laverty v. Snethen, 68 N. Y. 522.) The judgment and order should be affirmed, with costs. Present — Ingraham, P. J., Clarke, Scott, Dowling and Hotchkiss, JJ. Judgment and order affirmed, with costs.
