Appellant Stephen Russell (“Russell”) appeals from summary judgment entered in favor of Respondent Steven Tait (“Tait”), as personal representative for the Estate of Cheryl Diane Hepworth, on Russell’s petition arising from the shooting death of Russell’s son.
