Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We grant Petitioner’s petition for writ of habeas corpus and remand for the trial court to set an expedited hearing to determine whether reasonable conditions of release would protect the community and assure Petitioner’s presence at trial. See Fla. R.Crim. P. 3.132(c)(2); Malave v. State, 727 So.2d 1002 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999); Daniels v. Jenne, 847 So.2d 1081 (Fla. 4th DCA 2003).
