Opinion

PER CURIAM:

Joshua D. Rupe appeals the denial of his motions for post-conviction relief brought under Missouri Supreme Court Rule 24.035 following an evidentiary hearing. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum of law has been provided to the parties. Missouri Supreme Court Rule 84.16(b).
