Judgment and order reversed and new trial granted, costs "to abide the event, unless the plaintiffs within twenty days consent to reduce the damages to [931]*931$708.75, in which case the judgment as so modified and the order are affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Woodward, Jenks, Hooker, Gaynor and Rich, JJ., concurred.
