Opinion

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that part of the Appellate Division order which affirmed the order of Supreme Court granting defendants’ motion to vacate plaintiffs’ note of issue and the order of Supreme Court granting defendants’ motion to seal the court record, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the Appellate Division order does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
