Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellant, Ruby Builders, Inc., challenges the trial court order granting appel-lee Hillsborough County School Board’s motion for summary judgment in this dispute over the school board’s award of a school construction contract to another contractor.

We affirm because there is no evidence that the school board acted fraudulently, arbitrarily, illegally or dishonestly.

CAMPBELL, A.C.J., and THREADGILL and BLUE, JJ., concur.
