Opinion

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED. We affirm the trial court’s entry of a temporary injunction against appellant, Ramona Rubin, in all respects. As to appellant Shawn Nithal, we construe the injunctive order only to prohibit Nithal from employing Rubin in the manner set out in the injunction. Nithal is not otherwise restrained from conducting business. So construed, we affirm the temporary injunction in all respects.

HERSEY, C.J., and ANSTEAD and LETTS, JJ., concur.
