For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Royer v. Cliffs Drilling Company, Inc., 465 So.2d 11 (La.App. 3 Cir.1984), wherein a separate decision is rendered this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in part, reversed in part, and amended in part.
All cost, of this appeal are assessed against plaintiff-appellee, John Royer.
AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED IN PART, AMENDED IN PART, AND RENDERED.
