PER CURIAM.

As to appellant’s contention in this court that foreign law applies to this case, see [818]*818Fla.Stat. § 92.031, and Movielab, Inc. v. Davis, Fla.App.1969, 217 So.2d 890.

Further, as to applicable Florida law, see Rosin v. Peninsular Life Insurance Company, Fla.App.1960, 116 So.2d 798, which we hold governing under the facts pleaded in this complaint.

Affirmed.
