Opinion

ON SUPERVISORY WRITS TO THE 19th JUDICIAL. DISTRICT COURT, PARISH OF EAST BATON ROUGE

Stay denied. Writ denied.

Hughes, J.,

additionally concurs with reasons.

_JjI concur in the writ denial. Applicant does not provide a copy of Rover’s petition which would show by what authority it is alleged the lease was signed on behalf of Community. The proper procedural vehicle to resolve the evidentiary issues involved is a motion for summary judgment.
