Stone, J.

The plaintiff is the administratrix of the estate of Stanley Rotter, deceased, and, as such, brought this action under the “survival act” to recover damages, because of the injuries to, and resulting death, of, the infant decedent due to a collision of a street car of the defendant Detroit United Railway with a large [215]*215truck of the defendant Union Brewing Company at about 5:80 o’clock on the evening of November 21, 1913, at the intersection of Third street and Calumet avenue in the city of Detroit.
