Opinion

At the conclusion of the evidence the court instructed the jury, if they believed the evidence and found the facts to be as testified to, they would answer the issue "No."

Upon a careful examination of the evidence in this case we fail to see that the plaintiff made out even a prima facie title to the land in controversy.

No error.
