Opinion
—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Colabella, J.), dated April 30, 1984, which granted the plaintiff’s motion pursuant to General Municipal Law § 50-e (5) for leave to serve a late notice of claim.
Order affirmed, with costs (see, Fahey v County of Nassau, 111 AD2d 214; Matter of Savelli v City of New York, 104 AD2d 943). Gibbons, J. P., Thompson, Brown and Weinstein, JJ., concur.
