Opinion

Order affirmed, with costs, on the ground that the findings of the jury were against the weight of evidence. All concur, except Harris, J., not voting. (The order sets aside the verdict of a jury in favor of plaintiff, and grants a new trial in an action for extra work under contract.) Present — Taylor, P. J., Harris, McCurn, Larkin and Love, JJ.
