Per Curiam.

— This cause coming on to be heard upon the transcript of the record of the proceedings in the court below and the briefs and arguments of counsel, the Court is of the opinion that there is no error in the record, and it is therefore considered, ordered and adjudged by the Court that the order of the Circuit Court appealed from be and the same is hereby affirmed.

Affirmed.
