Opinion
Appeal by defendant from an order which granted, in part, a motion made by plaintiff to punish him for contempt for failure to pay alimony in accordance with the provisions of a judgment of divorce, and which denied in part a motion by defendant to modify the provisions for alimony. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. Ho opinion. Carswell, Acting P. J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
