Affirmed on the authority of the rules concerning the construction of contracts stated in Canal Lumber Co. v. Florida Naval Stores & Mfg. Co., 83 Fla. 501, 92 So. 279 (1922); Florida East Coast R. Co. v. City of Miami, 76 Fla. 277, 79 So. 682 (1918); First National Bank of Florida v. Savannah F. & W. R. Co., 36 Fla. 183, 18 So. 345 (1895); and Royal American Realty, Inc. v. Bank of Palm Beach & Trust Co., 215 So.2d 336 (Fla. 4th DCA 1968).
