With' respect to the judgment,-denominated" an order, dismissing the proceeding, appellant is not an aggrieved party within the meaning of CPLB 5511; and no appeal lies from a “ decision ” or “ opinion ” as distingüished from the judgment-order in the proceeding (see CPLB 5512, subd. [a] ; People ex rel. Degbrina v. Fay, 13 N Y 2d 901,902).
