Opinion

The motion is denied with ten dollars costs, but without determining whether William Radford acquired any title to the premises by the deed given to him by the sheriff, and with leave to said Radford to file a brief on the argument of this appeal, provided he serves a printed copy thereof on the plaintiff’s attorney five days before the argument. All concur.
