Opinion
We have reviewed the disposition made by the common pleas of Beaver and the Superior Court of the several questions raised by the appellants, and affirm the decree appealed from on the opinion of the Superior Court, 20 Pa. Superior Ct. 110, where Judge Beaver clearly demonstrates the constitutionality of the Act of June 4, 1879, P. L. 78, and “which” he properly says, “ under various phases, constitutes the real bone of contention in the case.”
Appeal dismissed at appellants’ costs.
