Order, entered on August 18, 1960, denying defendants-appellants’ motion, pursuant to rule 90 of the Rules of Civil Practice, to compel plaintiff-respondent to serve an amended complaint separately stating and numbering different causes of action, unanimously affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the respondent. No opinion. Concur — Botein, P. J., Rabin, Stevens and Eager, JJ.
