In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise consists of a motion-picture projector similar in all material respects to that the subject of United States v. Milton Diamond and Massee-Barnett Co., Inc. (42 C. C. P. A. 9, C. A. D. 561), the claim of the plaintiffs was sustained.
