PER CURIAM.

We affirm without prejudice as concerns appellant’s right to file a proper motion under Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure 3.850 alleging ineffective assistance of counsel. We express no opinion as to the substantive merits of such allegation.

AFFIRMED.
