Lowe’s Hollywood Hotel, LLC, 40 Cal. 23 App. 5th 1239 (2019), review granted, 456 P.3d 415 (Cal. 2020); 24 /// 25 /// 26 /// 27 /// 28 /// 2 SHALL notify the Court of the decision and submit a Joint Scheduling Report, which shall include a 3 proposed deadline for the defendant to file a responsive pleading. The Court will determine at that time 4 whether a hearing to schedule the case is needed. 5 IT IS SO ORDERED. 6
