GRAVES, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of negligent homicide in the first degree, and his punishment assessed at thirty days imprisonment jn the county jail.

[526]*526The indictment appears regular. The record is before us without a statement of facts or bills of exception. No question is presented for review.

The judgment is affirmed.
