PER CURIAM.

Based on this court’s review of the record and appellee’s proper confession of error, we reverse the order of final summary judgment and remand to the trial court for further proceedings. See 4444 Corp. v. City of Orlando, 598 So.2d 287, 288 (Fla. 5th DCA 1992); Braidi Trading v. Anthony R. Abraham Enter., 469 So.2d 955, 956 (Fla. 3d DCA 1985).

Reversed and remanded for further proceedings.
