Opinion

In an action by a property owner for a judgment declaring that certain real property owned by him is zoned for business uses, and for other relief, .the appeal is from an order denying a motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Wenzel, Acting P. J., Beldoek, Murphy, Hallinan and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
