DAVIDSON, Judge.

Appellant has filed her personal affidavit requesting the dismissal of her appeal from revocation of probation under judgment of conviction for the offense of robbery by assault, punishment for which was assessed at ten years’ confinement in the penitentiary.

The request is granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
