Opinion

FARMER, Judge.

We conclude that no error in this appeal has been shown, save one. The guardian of the property, Colin K. Varnes, should be stricken from the decretal portion of the judgment. In all other respects, the final judgment for attorney’s fees and costs is affirmed.
