CHEHARDY, Judge.

For the reasons assigned in Patricia Farlow, Widow of Kenneth Wolfe, et al. v. Rhonda Roddy, Widow of Andrew Joseph Touro, Sr., et al, 478 So.2d 953 (La.App. 5 Cir.1985), decided this day, the judgment of the district court is affirmed. All costs are assessed against appellant.
