For the reasons set out in the companion case of Dugas v. Mouton, et al, 460 So.2d 739 (La.App. 3d Cir.1984), in which a separate opinion is being rendered this date, the judgment of the trial court in this matter is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to plaintiff-appellant.

AFFIRMED.
