Opinion

Per Curiam.

The City Court of the City of White Plains has no jurisdiction over a corporate plaintiff which maintains no office and does not regularly transact business within the said city and the transaction does not arise therein. (UCCA, § 213.)

The order should be unanimously reversed, with $10 costs to defendant, motion to dismiss action granted and cross motion to amend summons and complaint denied.
