Opinion
November 20, 1769. Bill seeks to have real property of late Francis Roche divided into seven shares, and personal estate divided so as to equalize those shares among his seven children. Also, copy of Francis Roche’s will, and estimate of value of his real estate, and a writ of partition from court of common pleas.
December 6, 1769. Answer admits all claims except that of combination against plaintiff; asks that division suggested in bill be adopted and made part of decree.
