In accordance with oral stipulation of counsel that the merchandise, represented by invoice item 60999 in protest 58/417 and invoice item 87/7 in protest 58/12244, consists of grape shears similar in all material respects to those the subject of John H. Graham, & Co., Inc. v. United States (41 Cust. Ct. 67, C.D. 2022), the claim of the plaintiffs was sustained.
