PER CURIAM.

We affirm appellant’s conviction on all issues raised. We affirm the issue raised [1210]*1210as to the constitutionality of Chapter 98-223, Laws of Florida based on Sawyer v. State, 819 So.2d 966 (Fla. 4th DCA 2002).

AFFIRMED.
