Motion to dismiss appeal denied upon condition that the bond directed in the order granting the stay be filed within five days from service of a copy of the order herein, and upon the further condition that the appellants perfect the appeal for the November term (for which term the ease is set down) and be ready for argument when reached; otherwise, motion granted, with ten dollars costs. Present — Kapper, Carswell, Seudder and Tompkins, JJ.; Lazansky, P. J., not voting.
