Opinion

EZELL, J.

For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case, Robin v. Allstate Ins. Co., 02-689 (La.App. 3 Cir. 2/5/03), 844 So.2d 41, the judgment signed on July 12, 2002, granting the exception of no right of action and res judicata filed by Allstate is reversed. Costs of this appeal are assessed to Allstate.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
