In re Robicheaux, Matilda Christina;— Plaintiff; Applying For Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of W. Baton Rouge, 18th Judicial District Court Div. D, No. 37,207; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. 2012 CA 0241.

Writ granted. Summary judgment is reversed and vacated. Genuine issues of material fact remain. The matter is remanded for further proceedings.
