Conviction of the unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor; punishment, one year in the penitentiary. The record is bare of statement of facts or bills of exception. The indictment appears to sufficiently charge the offense, and the charge of the court is a fail-presentation of the- law. No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
