Opinion

SAVOY, Judge.

This is a companion case to Cummings'v. Providence Washington Insurance Company et al., La.App., 242 So.2d 8, decided this date. See that case for a discussion of the facts and issues of this case.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case, the judgment of the district court is affirmed. Costs of the appeal are assessed equally between the plaintiff in this suit and the plaintiff in the companion suit.

Affirmed.
