PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of mandamus is dismissed as moot.

The petition for writ of prohibition filed April 28, 2016, is denied without prejudice to petitioner seeking review of any decision refusing to remove the lien once he obtains a final order in the mandamus proceedings in Leon County. See Marquez v. McDonough, 945 So.2d 652 (Fla. 1st DCA 2007).
