PER CURIAM.

The interlocutory appeal from the order denying motion for a summary final decree is affirmed on authority of Dean v. Gold Coast Theatres, Inc., Fla.App.1963, 156 So.2d 546. We have not overlooked Martin v. [728]*728Highway Equipment Supply Co., Fla.App. 1965, 172 So.2d 246.

The appeal from the order on the rule to show cause is likewise affirmed.
