Opinions

In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Village Board of the Village of Spring Valley denying an application for a special use permit, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Cerrato, J.), dated September 30, 1981, which granted the petition, annulled the determination and directed the appellant to issue the permit. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Weinstein, Thompson and Rubin, JJ., concur.
