(ECF No. 16) 10 J. DOERER, et al., 11 Defendants. 12 13 Plaintiff is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this action filed pursuant to Bivens 14 | v. Six Unknown Federal Narcotics Agents, 403 U.S. 388 (1971), and the Federal Tort Claim Act 15 | (FTCA). 16 On July 31, 2025, the Court screened Plaintiff complaint, found no cognizable claims, and 17 | granted Plaintiff the opportunity to amend the complaint. (ECF No. 16.) Plaintiff has not filed an 18 | amended complaint or otherwise communicated with the Court and the time to do so has passed. 19 | Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff shall show cause within fourteen (14) days 20 | from the date of service of this order why this action should not be dismissed for failure to state a 91 | cognizable claim.
